Welcome to the FAQ page. Here you will be able to go through the most frequently asked questions. This program has been out for a few years now. We have incorporated most of the FAQ into the most recent versions of the program. That being said, here are some questions we still get from time to time.

Q: I can’t access my order. Can you help me?

A: All orders are processed through Amazon. If you have any issues retrieving your order, you would have to contact them directly through your amazon order receipt. That being said, here are some common ways to solve the issue. Check your email spam folder, unfortunately sometimes they end up there. You can also try to use the search feature in your inbox to find: AMAZON KDP DELIVERY or Visit > Login using the email you provided at checkout > Click View Product, and you will be able to open it there.

Q: I used an incorrect email at checkout. What should I do?

A: Visit and use that email to log in and edit account or visit the amazon login help page:

Q: Is there any updates?

A: If there are updates, we automatically email them to previous customers. If you purchased through Amazon, all you have to do is log into kindle, and you will be presented with the newest version every time.

Q: Can you send me the newest version?

A: No, previous customers who did not purchase through kindle will receive an email at their original order email if an update was released after their purchase.

Q: This process is to hard; can you complete it for me?

A: No, we will not do this process for you. If it is too difficult for you, please have a friend do it for you. We have tried our best to keep this at under a 5th-grade reading level and made everything easy.

Q: None of these numbers work for me. What can I do?

A: The most common error made while going through the process is making multiple CPN numbers. If you are creating various CPN numbers, you need to use a VPN service and clear your cache in between. You can find out how to clear your cache here:

Q: Most cards ask for ID numbers or documents. What should I do?

A: We use our personal id numbers and documents. If you have a passport, you can use that as an alternative. Using any documents besides the ones legally issued to you may be considered fraud. The only thing we can do is share some resources to help you decide what to do. Steve Morse ID number:​​l

Q: I can’t find a number for my state. What should I do now?

A: If you cannot find a number for your state, use a number for the state you were born in if different from your current state. Suppose you were born in your current state use a number for a nearby state. It is common for people to relocate around their area. If not, then use the closest state to your current location

Q: Do you offer customer support?

A: We offer this FAQ with the option of adding information to it at any time. If you feel something was not covered in the program or on this FAQ page, please use the form below to let us know. We usually check 1-2 per month and update the information. Please note, we receive thousands of requests and only answer the things that have not been covered already.
