How we handle refund requests
Please note you are purchasing a digital product. Digital products are generally none refundable anywhere online. That being said, your satisfaction is our top priority. So, our team will promptly refund you for any of the following reasons within 30 days of your purchase.

Duplicate transaction. (If you accidentally purchased the same product 2 times, we will promptly cancel your second order.)
Unauthorized transaction. (Please kindly note. If an unauthorized transaction occurs, we may need to contact your financial institution directly. We are required to provide our banking partner and your financial institution the following information. IP, Date, Time, Location of purchase, and download. All correspondence between yourself and us. If found to be a genuine unauthorized transaction the funds, will be immediately released back in to your account.
